Newly Aquired Big Man

It wasn't so long ago Shaquille Oneil was picked up by the Clevand Caviers. It was to my surprise that Lebron James could someday be on the same team. Shaquille being in the league for a while knows in his mind his time in the NBA is coming to end soon because he is not as dominate he once was but at times show flashes of his former self. With Shaq by Lebron side this may benefit the Cav's on a great position in the run for the playoffs.
Everyone knows in the past how Shaq's Ego seems to get the best of him and ruin any kind of bond with players and even teams for that matter, hopefully that kind of behavior has all been played out in past. Last year in the playoffs the Cavs have had their opportunity for the Championship but was eventually washed out by no less the Orlando Magic, ironically Shaquille Oneils former team that he was drafted upon. Maybe now they both can get matching tattoos if they can co-exist on the court.
NBA has allways surprised us with all the trades and draft choices lets all hope our memories of this trade will be good ones, because we all want to see Lebron with a ring who solefully deserves one with his effort alone on the court.

Bostons Celtics Aquire Piston

Recently Boston has acquired 14 year veteran Racheed Wallace from Detroit Pistons to complete there lineup for a run for the championship title. Wallace averaged 12.0 points and 7.4 rebounds Wallace played the last six seasons with the Detroit Pistons, where he won an NBA championship in 2004. Will this be enough for them to get through the season without any injuries, like last year with Garnett's mishap? We all know that Garnet and the crew there aren't getting any younger, the time may be now to do this. President Danny Ainge, head coach Doc Rivers and All-Stars Kevin Garnet Paul Peirce and Ray Allen went on Wallace's suburban Michigan home on Thursday for a meeting. With this new member on board the Celtics this may be a team to reckon with.

Where Are The Golden State Warriors ? Really

Ever Since The early eighties with Mullin and Tim Hardaway, Mich Richmond the Warriors have never come to a click on the court as far a solid chemistry with each player. We have had our hopes and dreams taken away many times over with Weber, Speewell. Where do we look next? With all the bad decisions and crazy trades where is this team to look forward too. Recently Chris Mullin General Manger left the league office, probably cant understand the team really needs him self. It must be very hard to get a group of solid players together that can co-exist with each other and make a real competitor on the court. Sticking by my Bay Area team I see that so often not just here in the bay area but through out the league, players maybe taking there chance at greatness for granted....... So sad , to actually give up there chance at immortality in the hall of fame for what they would settle for in a couple million in a pay check. I want to see players work for what they earn. I feel there should be an assessment on pay .. LIke you get paid at the end of the year for your performance till then you'll be paid minimum wage, thats how i see it, straight UP.

Future Expectations

We all have our favorites teams and our least in sports. Watching our teams perform on the field gives us a much different perspective than what a player would see or even realize, its one thing playing the game and watching the sport as a spectator. That is one reason why some players at times make some funny mistakes. What people don't understand is that a player in any sport has to endure all the scrutiny of all the spectators in order to be a better player, taking the criticism just as well as the complimentes. Always be supportive of you players even when you loose confidence in them at times, remember you are not in the uniform and your not out there your self. I see it allot where fans loose there edge and take too far with there criticism of players.

Time To Regroup

Seasons at rest with the NBA and the NFL waiting to start! Anticipation of what is too come makes jack a hungry man to watch some sports. On the wire recently the Lakers are aquiring Ron Artest, which will bring some body to the line up and some experiance as well. It would be intersting to see how all the teams scmable for there starting lineups to be adjusted Due too all the new faces ,Rookies,Trades. The Clevland Cavs have aquired Shaquille Oneil which will cerntanlly bring a new way to bring out there offense and defence on the court, weather its a good thing or bad we'll see how Lebron reacts to Shaq's presence in the paint. Get you weekends and nights ready for excitement!
